The Service requires:

• WordPress 4.0 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• Active internet connection for AI services
• Compatible web hosting environment

Third-Party Dependencies: The Service may integrate with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, etc.) and cloud services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Content Boom on the number of websites specified in your purchased plan. You may not:

• Use the Service beyond your licensed website limit

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When using BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) features, you are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
• All costs associated with third-party API usage
• Compliance with third-party service terms
• Security of your API credentials

6. User Responsibilities

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
